The domain can receive 11 persons (outside of covid) and is composed of a villa of 300 m2, a covered swimming pool of 13m x 8m, a park, a wood, an orchard (2,5 ha)

CLASSIFIED AS TOURIST LOCATION 5 * 5th SEPTEMBER 2018 FOR 8 PEOPLE. A janitor lives on site.

In a modern setting combining the joys of a covered indoor pool (13mX6m) heated all year round at 25 ° between 01 June and 30 September, 28 ° between 01 October and 31 May, a terrace overlooking the valley of the Eure, the comfort of two fireplaces, a park and a forest where rabbits, goats and squirrels roam freely. This Villa of 300 m2, 9 rooms can accommodate 11 people (10 adults and one child). It is close to the memoirs of Aristide Briand and the water lilies of Claude Monet. The Norman beams of the Domaine de la Tour de l’Oasis will certainly charm you.
On the ground floor:

A large living room with fireplace and piano, a second living room, a dining room with fireplace, an fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom with toilets, a large covered and heated swimming pool, and adjoining: a shower, toilets, as well as a multipurpose room equipped with a sound system and a screen for conferences…

1st floor: 4 bedrooms
  • The blue room, with a large bed (200×200), a television, a large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a shower and toilets.
  • The Norman room with its period beams, a 160×200 wide bed and a bathroom with toilet.
  • The yellow room with its small balcony, its small living room and its private bathroom with toilet. A large bed (180×200) faces a view on the wood.
  • The tower room will seduce you by its originality, it is composed of two single beds (90×200) and a small bench. A bathroom with toilet is allocated to it.
  • A large office space with free internet access, equipped with a sofa bed (160×200)

The minimum number of nights is 2 (Friday and Saturday), except during school vacations and 7 during school vacations.

-The tourist tax is 1.90 euro per person per night in addition to the listed price.

-House cleaning charges 200 €.

The arrival is scheduled :
– for the stays of minimum 7 days the first day at 16H and the departure the last day at 10h.
-For stays of less than 7 days the first day at 6 pm and the departure on the last day at 6 pm.
